RawAesthetics offers a conditional refund under the following conditions:

If approved, the refund will be issued immediately through Stripe, but the actual refund time may vary based on Stripe's processing speed.

3. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase, please contact us at support@rawaesthetics-pro.com within 7 days of the transaction. If verified, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.

4. Technical Issues & Non-Delivery
